| Q: How do I unlock a purchased
screensaver? |
| A: If you purchased a screensaver, you
should have immediately received a registration code and download link
via the email address you provided during the purchase process. Once the
file has been downloaded and product installed, enter this code into the
screensaver properties tab entitled 'try & buy'.

I had to format my hard drive and would like to
install the purchased screensaver again. Where can I download the file? |
| A: The file download link you
originally received with your purchase is only active for a few days. If
you need to download the file again, please
contact me for a new
download link. You will need the registration code you had originally
received to 'unlock' it again. |

| Q: How do I set the images in the
screensaver as desktop wallpaper? |
| A: The images can be set as desktop
wallpaper from within the screensaver properties. Look for a tab
called wallpaper. You will then be able to select which image you
want, with various options on how you want it set.

| Q: My free or purchased screensaver is
crashing. Is there a problem with the software? |
| A: The screensavers themselves are rock solid
simple programs that have been downloaded and successfully installed by
thousands of people with no problems. If your screensaver does crash,
uninstall it and re-download the file and install it again (you may need
to
contact me to get a new download link). If you reinstall
it and your system crashes again, it is most likely something else on your
system (or your system itself) causing the crash, not the screensaver.
